Whether you are implementing a new chat service or configuring an existing one, Wiretapping can be enabled directly through the Clym Control Center. New chat services can be configured and managed through the Clym Control Center during setup, while existing chat services can be updated to require Wiretapping consent. Visitors will be prompted to provide consent before interacting with your website's chat service, and consent records can be maintained alongside other consent types within the Clym Control Center for reporting and compliance purposes.
