How to preview your Clym widget
Steps to take to preview your Clym widget from different jurisdictions
When integrating the Clym widget into your website, it’s important to understand how it will function and appear to your website visitors from different jurisdictions. Previewing your widget allows you to ensure you offer a seamless user experience that aligns with your brand’s standards and to preview the varying user experiences of the Clym widget from different locations around the world. By testing these widget viewing conditions, you can better understand how the widget supports over 150 regulations, allowing you to confidently provide better support for your users.
Previewing your Clym widget is an easy 3-step process:
1. Access your Manage tab
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.
From the left side menu, select Manage.
Click to expand the Property settings section and select Jurisdictions.
2. Click to preview the widget
From the list of jurisdictions, search for the Jurisdiction that you would like to preview and click Preview widget.
3. Preview the widget
This will open a new tab, where you can see what your Clym widget looks like for users who visit your website from that jurisdiction. To preview the widget from another jurisdiction, change the Country and State or Province if applicable. The widget will re-load to show a preview of what a user sees from a specific jurisdiction.
