How to change the Clym widget's position on your website
Steps to take to change where the Clym widget displays on your website
By default, the Clym widget is set to display in the bottom left corner of your website. Based on your website's existing layout and other modules or widgets that you already have implemented on your website, such as a chat widget, you may wish for the Clym widget to display and open on the right side instead. The guide below will show you how to move the widget from left to right. However, if you are looking to change the widget to a different display type, such as a footer or a pop-up blocker, please follow this guide instead.
Changing the Clym widget's position is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Clym Control Center account
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Access the Manage tab
From the left side menu, access the Manage tab. Click to expand the Platform section. From the side menu, select Widget or select Customize from the Widget section on the main page.
3. Change your widget position
From the General tab, expand the Widget launcher position drop-down menu to select Bottom left or Bottom right.
