How to change the Clym widget's position on your website
Steps to take to change where the Clym widget displays on your website
By default, the Clym widget is set to display in the bottom left corner of your website. Based on your website's existing layout and other modules or widgets that you already have implemented on your website, such as a chat widget, you may wish for the Clym widget to display and open on the right side instead. The guide below will show you how to move the widget from left to right. However, if you are looking to change the widget to a different display type, such as a footer or a pop-up blocker, please follow this guide instead.
Changing the Clym widget's position is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Clym Portal
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Open your Website Settings
From the left side menu, select Website Settings. From here, you will see a list of all your domains, each with unique settings.
Click the settings wheel next to the domain that you would like to change the default language for. This will open the website settings for that specific domain.
3. Change your widget position
From the Website settings menu, select Design to open the section. Click the drop-down arrow next to Other design options to open the selections. Click the drop-down menu next to Position to toggle to either Bottom Left or Bottom Right, depending on where you would like the Clym widget to display on your website. Your changes will automatically save.
