Clym is excited to announce the release of our new and improved widget redesign. This redesign aims to enhance the user experience and provide more customization opportunities for our customers. It offers easy accessibility, streamlined cookie consent management, efficient handling of data subject requests, and a centralized location for essential legal documents. Our all-in-one widget empowers your company to customize a wider array of settings, ensuring seamless integration with your website. With this redesign, we are committed to providing a comprehensive and customizable solution that elevates the user experience while addressing the complexities of compliance and user engagement.
Overview
Designed to be minimally intrusive, the initial Clym widget displays quick options for users to Accept All or Reject All cookies on your website.
If your website visitors would like to make individual preference selections, enable accessibility settings, submit a data subject request, or review your critical business information, they can quickly select your Settings or Accessibility icons.
Cookie Consent Management
All of the cookies and scripts on your website are thoroughly explained and navigable. Users can make preference selections for each individual category of cookies and scripts. At the top of the widget, users can access a quick link to submit a data subject request, providing the user with full management of their data.
Each individual script and cookie can be studied by your website visitors, so they are fully aware of how their data is handled by your website. Users can make preference selections on individual cookies and scripts.
Accessibility
Within the same widget, your website visitors can modify your website's content to make it more easily accessible based on their needs. At the top of the accessibility settings, users can choose from one of several pre-created disability profiles.
In addition to these profiles, users can make individual content, color, and navigation adjustments to fully personalize their viewing experience.
Data Subject Requests
The new widget dynamically shows your website visitors the data subject request types that are required to offer those users based on their geolocation. From the widget, your website visitors can access a full menu of request types that they may submit.
Next, users can access submit their personal details and customize a message to your company. Clym automatically sends a confirmation email to your users, increasing security measures by validating their identity. 
Legal Center
Further your transparency efforts with your website visitors by storing your legal documents directly in your widget, offering your users a place to read about your privacy practices and to manage their own privacy preferences in the same place.
Company Data
Showcase your Data Privacy Officer, company details, and any relevant contact information, simplifying communication steps for your users.
