Steps to take to upgrade your Clym account to a different plan
Clym offers annual and monthly payment plans so that we can best meet your business needs. Pricing is determined based off of the number of monthly page views your website receives. Within the Clym portal, you can easily upgrade your subscription plan at any time.
Upgrading your subscription plan is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Clym Portal
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click on Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Open your Website Settings
From the left side menu, select Website Settings. From here, you will see a list of all your domains, each with its unique settings.
Click the settings wheel next to the domain that you would like to manage the subscription for.
3. Upgrade Subscription
From the Website settings menu, select the Subscription. Click Upgrade within the section to manage the plan.
From the options, select the plan that you would like for your website. Enter your credit card details and click Setup Subscription.
For information on how to cancel your subscription, please click here. If you have access to Clym through one of our partners, please know that you may not see the options to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. To manage your subscription, please reach out to your dedicated Clym partner.
