How to select which languages can be available to your users

Steps you need to take to edit which languages can be available to your users for all of your domains

Since your website is a public entity and can be viewed all around the world, it may be beneficial for you to offer several languages to your users to view the Clym widget within your website. Clym makes it easy to customize which languages you would like to offer based on your specific business needs. Editing the available languages within Clym is a simple 3-step process:

1. Log into the Clym admin

You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click on Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Open your Languages page

Navigate to the Languages menu option on the left-hand side.

3. Edit your available languages

From the list of available languages, check the ones that you would like to make available to your users.  If you would like to remove any languages from being available, uncheck the box next to those languages. These specific languages will now be available to your website's visitors within your Clym widget.

Please note, adding a new language to your Clym widget will not automatically translate all of your documents to that language for your users. For more information on how to add a document in a different language to your Clym widget, please click here.
