Steps to take to resend an invitation to your customer or merchant
Don't panic if a customer can't find their invitation email - Clym makes it simple and easy to resend an invitation at any time. Resending an invitation is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to the Partner Portal
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to the Partner Portal to sign in.
2. Search for the domain
From the left-hand menu, select Customers. Click the drop-down next to Domains to expand the selection.
Click the paper airplane symbol to resend the invitation to the main account holder for this customer's account.
Please note: Once a domain is active, you can no longer resend an invitation from the partner portal. Invitations must be resent via the Clym Portal from an admin user on the account.
3. Resend the invitation
In the pop-up window, you will be asked to confirm that you would re-invite the user to activate compliance. You also have the option to toggle Send intro email on, which will also re-send the welcome intro email to the user in addition to a new invitation. Click Send invitation.
