How to set up case managers for bounty hunting cases

Steps to take to add individuals who are responsible for managing your bounty hunting cases

By default, only the main account holder will have access to all bounty hunting cases that are submitted to your organization. Based on your organization's needs, different team members may need to manage different types of requests or requests at different stages as they are handled. In the Clym Control Center, you can fully customize which team members handle what, allowing you to further streamline your bounty hunting case management process.

Adding a case manager is an easy 3-step process:

1. Sign in to your Clym Control Center account

You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Access the Manage tab

From the left side menu, select Manage. Expand the Data privacy section and select Bounty hunting. In order to make edits to Clym's default bounty hunting settings, Overwrite default settings must be toggled on. In order to configure a case manager for bounty hunting cases, please enable Overwrite default settings. Toggle to the Case managers section.

Click + Add case manager.

3. Add a case manager

In the window that opens, select the user who you would like to give acces to under the Target account field, specify if there is a Case category they have access to, and configure Allowed statuses that the user has access to. If desired, toggle on Allow access to non-redacted fields or Allow field redacting.
