How to rescan your website for services and cookies
Steps to take to rescan your website for services and cookies
When your domain is first created, Clym scans your website for services and cookies and adds these to your Clym account, along with descriptions, classifications, and other information. As your website evolves, you may add or remove scripts from your site to accommodate your changing business needs. With RealtimeComplianceā¢, your website's services are updated in real time as users navigate around your website. If you have a new service or cookie on your website that has not yet been detected by RealtimeComplianceā¢, Clym allows you to manually trigger a scan any time you need.
- Core / Shield: 1 rescan per month
- Start: 5 rescans per month
- Grow: 25 rescans per month
- Perform: 100 rescans per month
1. Sign in to your Clym Control Center
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Access the Manage tab
From the left side menu, select Manage. Expand the Data privacy section and select Services.

In the top right corner, click Rescan.

3. Run a scan
In the window that opens, provide the Page URL that you would like to scan. Click Start rescan.

Please allow a few minutes for your scan to run. After the scan is finished, you will see a confirmation that says Scan completed. In the Detected services section, you will see a list of all of the new services that have been identified with the scan.

If there are any new cookies that have been identified that were not automatically matched with services, you can Select a service for all of the Unmatched cookies.

Click Add everything to add the new services to your account.
