Steps to take to purchase additional credits for your AI Assistant
With Clym's AI Assistant, you can provide automated communication and support to your website visitors regarding the data privacy and accessibility regulations supported by your Clym widget, users' rights regarding personal data, and so much more. When user requests and questions become complex, you may want to allow a human assistant to take over and assist your customers. Each question that a website visitor asks that is answered costs 1 credit. Your account receives a certain number of credits per month, depending on which Clym Plan your domain is on. If you need more credits on any given month, you can purchase additional credits at 100 credits/$5.
Start: 100 credits/month
Grow: 500 credits/month
Perform: 1000 credits/month
Purchasing additional credits is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Control Center
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click on Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Open the Configure menu
From the left-side menu, select Configure. You will then click on Billing and Assistant credits
3. Purchase additional credits
From the Website settings menu, select the AI Assistant drop-down to open the menu options. Expand the Credits section. To purchase additional credits for your domain, click Purchase Credits +.
In the pop-up window, set the Quantity of credit packages you would like to purchase. For your Payment method, enter your Name on card and Card details. Click Purchase now to securely process your transaction.
