How to delete your company account

While we are sad to see you go, we understand there may be circumstances in which you need to delete your account with Clym. Deleting your company’s Clym account is a straightforward process, but it’s important to understand all of the implications to ensure a smooth and intentional account closure, whether you’re transitioning to a different solution or simply no longer need the service. By following these instructions, you can avoid losing critical consent receipts, data subject requests, and more. Before you proceed, we recommend reviewing and exporting any data that you may want to retain, as account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.


Please note that in order to delete a company account, all properties under your account must be deleted first.



1. Sign in to your Clym Control Center account


You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.




2. Open your Company data page


From the left side menu, select Configure and toggle to Company.




3. Edit your company data


In the top right corner, click Delete company.



Before deleting your company account, you will need to delete each property tied to your account. Next to each domain, click the trash bin icon to Delete property.
