How to delete a property / domain
As your company evolves, we understand that you may need to delete a domain that is no longer current. Deleting a property in your Clym account is a straightforward process, but it’s important to understand all of the implications to ensure a smooth and intentional deletion process. By following these instructions, you can avoid losing critical consent receipts, data subject requests, and more. Before you proceed, we recommend reviewing and exporting any data that you may want to retain, as property deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
1. Sign in to your Clym Control Center account
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Open your Company data page
From the left side menu, select Configure and toggle to Company.

3. Delete a property
In the top right corner, click Delete company.

In the window that opens, click the trash bin icon to Delete property.
