How to customize your AI Assistant
Steps to take to customize your AI Assistant's name, intro message, and notification message
With Clym's AI Assistant, you can provide automated communication and support to your website visitors regarding the data privacy and accessibility regulations supported by your Clym widget, users' rights regarding personal data, and so much more. In the Clym Portal, you can customize your AI assistant to match the look and feel of your website, empowering your website visitors to feel comfortable and confident using the solution.
Customizing your AI Assistant is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Control Center
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Open the Manage section
From the left-side menu, select Manage. You will then click on Platform to open the dropdown.
Click on AI Assistant on the left-side part of the screen.
3. Customize your AI Assistant
From the available menu, select the AI Assistant name, Intro message, or Notification message to meet your website's needs. Click on Setup and navigate through the next sections to customize everything.
