How to change your authentication method
Steps to take to change your authentication method to password or email
Clym offers two ways for your account users to sign into the platform - via email or password. With the email option, when you go to sign into the Clym platform, you will receive an email that will include a link to sign you into the platform. With this option, you will not need to enter a password upon sign-in. With the password option, you will be asked to enter your email and password to sign into the platform, but you will not receive an email with a login link. Both options are safe and secure and allow you to choose what is best for you.
Changing your authentication method is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Clym Portal
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Open your account
In the top right corner of your screen, click the account icon to access the drop-down menu. Click Security.
3. Change your authentication method
In the pop-up window, click the Authentication method drop-down to expand the selections and choose Email or Password. Click Save.
