If you are using Clym's accessibility issue reporting, bounty hunting program, content takedown, or whistleblowing solutions, you must stay on top of all user-submitted cases, handling and progressing each report by any necessary deadlines. In the Clym Portal, you can update the status of a case as you progress, reply to the users, and more.
