Learn about steps you need to take to reset your password
Whether you have forgotten your password or would like to change it for any reason, Clym provides you with both options to manage your account securely in a simple 3-step process:
Note that these options are only available if you have selected password as the login option. To learn more about this read this dedicated article.
If you have forgotten your password and you can no longer authenticate with Clym Admin, please follow the steps below to reset it.
1. Access the reset password page
As you are trying to login, after you enter your domain and email address, you will reach the screen below that asks you to input your password. If you don't remember it, please select Reset it in the bottom left corner of the form.
2. Enter your email address
Enter your email address in the form and click Reset password. You will receive a confirmation that an email has been sent to your email address if the email provided exists in our records.
3. Reset your password
Follow the link you have receive in your email that will take you to the Reset password screen. Update your password and click Save. Your new password will be saved for your account and your previous password will no longer work.
In case you have activated two-factor authentication, the system will ask for the second factor code before proceeding.
In case you can login with Clym Admin, please follow the steps below to change your password.
1. Login with Clym
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click on Sign in in the upper right-hand corner. To learn more about the ways to login to Clym, please visit this article.
2. Open your My Account page
Navigate to the My Account menu option on the left-hand side.
3. Change password
Click on the Change password button and then enter your old and new password in the pop-up window that appears. Click Save. Your new password will be saved for your account and your previous password will no longer work.
Make sure you follow the instructions related to password format.
