Steps to take in order to reset your website's consent receipts
You may wish to reset your consents page and clear the receipts that you have received to date. Resetting your consents is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Clym Portal
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click on Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Open your Consents page
From the left side menu, select Consents.
3. Reset your consents
In the top right corner click Reset Consents to reset your website's consent receipts.
You will be asked to confirm that you would like to reset your consents by typing in your website's domain in the pop-up window. Enter your website's domain into the field and click Submit.
This is an irreversible action. Once deleted, consents can no longer be recovered. Before you perform this action, please make sure these are no longer necessary for your company's compliance audits.
