How to request a service for a customer

Steps to take to request a Clym premium support service on behalf of a customer in your Partner Portal account

If you are a reseller partner with Clym, we understand the importance of offering top-notch service and support to your customers to ensure that your and their compliance journeys are seamless and successful. If you have a customer who is not comfortable installing the Clym widget on their website, or needs more one-on-one guidance on how to use the Clym Portal, you can now request premium support services from the Clym team on behalf of your customer.

Requesting a service for a customer in your partner portal account is an easy 3-step process:

1. Sign into the Partner Portal

You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to the Partner Portal to sign in.

 

 

2. Click Customers

From the left-hand menu, select Customers. Click the drop-down arrow next to Customers to expand the section.

3. Request a service for a company

To search or filter for a specific company, you can use the search bar to type in the name of the company you would like to view the information for, or click Show filters to expand more selections. In the filters menu, you can choose a Referral partner and/or Added between filters.

Referral partner: In the Referral partner field, you can select if this company has been added by a referral partner account. 

Added between: In the added between field, you can select a data range for which the customer was added to your Partner Portal account.

     customers 4To request a service for a company, click Request service next to the company for which you want to order the service.

    Premium support options:

    • Installation assistance
    • 1 hour of support
    • 5 hours of support
    • 10 hours of support
    • 20 hours of support

    In the Quantity field, enter the number of premium support packages that you would like to order. In the Domain field, enter the domain for which you would like to apply the support order. Click Request Service.

    Once your order is complete, your customer will receive an email from Clym with the confirmation and the details on how to schedule your dedicated session(s).
