How to remove a DSAR request type from your Clym widget

Steps to take to remove a DSAR request type from being available in your Clym widget

Depending on certain regulation requirements and options you want to make available to your users, you may wish to remove data subject request, or DSAR, request types from your Clym widget. Clym lets you do this on the geographical level, offering you the option to customize options for your users around the globe.

Removing a DSAR request type is an easy 3-step process:

1. Sign into your Clym Portal

You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click on Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.
