Steps to take to permanently delete your Partner Portal account
While we are sad to see you go, deleting your account is an easy process. Before deleting your user account, it is important to know that this is a permanent action that cannot be reversed. Should you wish to regain access to the Partner Portal, you will need to be re-added as a user. This may be important if your team actively tracks the activity for your account, or if you would like to keep your profile data saved.
Deleting your account is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to the Partner Portal
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to the Partner Portal to sign in.
2. Access your profile settings
In the top right-hand corner, click the drop-down arrow next to the person icon and click Profile.
3. Delete account
From the pop-up window, click Delete account.
To confirm your decision, click Yes, delete. Once done, you will be signed out of the Partner Portal and sent back to the sign-in screen.
Please note that the deletion of your account is permanent and cannot be reverted. Should you need it again, your account will have to be recreated by the Partner Admin or the Clym support team.
