Steps to take to follow up on the status of a content takedown case and review replies from the organization
After you have submitted a content takedown case to an organization, you will likely want to understand the status of the request and review any messages that the organization has sent you.
Following up on a content takedown case is an easy 3-step process:
- Access the Compliance Center
- Access the content takedown settings
- Follow up on your content takedown case
1. Access the Compliance Center
On the customer's website, navigate to their Compliance Center, often located in the footer of their website.
2. Access the Content takedown settings
From the menu, select Content takedown settings.
On the next screen, select Follow up on your case. 
3. Follow up on your content takedown case
On the next screen, provide the case number and password that were provided when you submitted your case request. Click View case. 
On the next screen, you can view your case and all relevant details. In the top right corner, you can view the status of your case. On the right side of the screen, you can view messages that have been sent by the organization, or send additional messages to the organization as part of your request.
