Step-by-step guide to correctly fill in the domain import template
Confidently format your data in a way that is easily readable by the Partner Portal as you fill out your import template. This is a critical step in ensuring a successful import process. Below you can find guidelines for how to successfully provide the data.

Before importing your file, please remember to delete the first two example lines of the template. Your file must be imported using the .xlsx file format.
All the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and required for import. If any mandatory fields present an issue, please contact support@clym.io.
1. Domain* - the domain/website URL that you want to add to your Partner Portal account. This is a mandatory field.
2. Company name - the trade name (commercial name) of the company
3. Company legal name* - the legal entity under which the owner of the domain is registered (mandatory field)
4. Company ID number - the registration number of the company
5. First name* - the first name of the domain's point contact person (mandatory field)
6. Last name* - the last name of the domain's point contact person (mandatory field)
7. Email* - the email address of the domain's point contact person (mandatory field)
8. Phone number* - The phone number of the domain's point contact person. Please make sure you provide the full phone number, including the country code (i.e. +1, +39, etc.)
9. Country* - the country of the company (mandatory field); can be filled in with the full-text name of the country or the ISO country code (i.e. US, DE, FR, etc.)
10. State* - the state of the company (mandatory for US country code); can be filled in with the full-text name of the state or the two-letter standard abbreviation (i.e. NY, CA, MN, NC, etc.)
11. City* - text field that contains the city of the company (mandatory field)
12. Postal code* - text field that contains the zip code of the company (mandatory field)
13. Address* - text field containing the address of the company (mandatory field)
Make sure you do not format the table in any way: no merged/hidden/deleted cells, no format changes in the cells.
If any information throws an error upon uploading the file, you will receive an email with specific error messages for each line. This way you can fix them and reupload the lines that failed by following the instructions in this article.
