How to enable two-factor authentication

Steps to take to enable two-factor authentication on your Clym account

Enabling two-factor authentication on your account is an easy way to stay safe and secure. At this time, two-factor authentication is only an option for users who have selected the password authentication method.

Enabling two-factor authentication is an easy 3-step process:

1. Sign in to your Clym Portal

You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Open your account

In the top right corner of your screen, click the account icon to access the drop-down menu. Click Security.

3. Enable two-factor authentication

In the pop-up window, toggle Two-factor authentication on. In the Send code via drop-down, click Phone number. In the window that appears, enter the phone number to which you would like authentication messages to be sent. Click Save.
