Steps to take to make changes to your billing details, such as your Company Name, Address, Email, and more
To ensure effective communication and accurate invoicing, we know it's important for your organization to easily and efficiently manage your billing details. In this guide, we will demonstrate how you can update and manage your billing information, including your company name, address, phone number, email address, and other relevant details directly from your Clym Portal account.
Editing your billing details is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Clym Portal
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click on Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Open your Website Settings
From the left-side menu, select Website Settings. You will then see a list of all your domains, each with its unique settings.
Click the settings wheel next to the domain that you would like to change the default language for. This will open the website settings for that specific domain.
3. Edit your billing details
From the Website settings menu, open the Billing section. Click the drop-down arrow next to Billing details. Here, you can make edits to your Company name, Billing email address, Registration number, VAT, Country, State, City, Zip / Postal code, and Address. Click Update.
Please note the required fields will be marked with an asterisk (*). Fields marked with an asterisk (*) cannot be left blank.
