How to add a new subdomain

Steps to take to add a new subdomain(s) to your Clym account

If you have more than one domain that needs to be covered with your Clym widget, you can easily add subdomains in your Clym admin portal. For example, you may wish to add a sub-domain for a development or staging site, where you can test the Clym widget before fully implementing it on your website. When adding a subdomain to your Clym account, it will share the same settings that are configured for that domain, which helps to understand how the Clym widget will display.

Adding new subdomains is an easy 3-step process:

If you need to add a new domain instead of a subdomain on an existing domain in your account, please reach out to support@clym.io.

1. Sign in to your Clym Portal

You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click on Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.
