How to view a user's activity in your Clym account
Steps to take to view the actions performed by a user in your Clym account
For many reasons, from troubleshooting to analyzing, you may wish to view the activities that your account's users are taking. Clym lets you view your users' activities on an individual basis. Viewing your user's activity is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Clym Portal
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Open your Access page
From the left-hand menu, select Users. You will see a list of all the users who have access to your Clym account.
3. View your user's activity
Click the three dots next to the user in your account for whom you wish to view the activity. From the sub-menu, click the first icon to view the Activity.
From the window, view the different activities by that user, categorized by event, website, date, and time.
