# How to use marketing materials


## Steps to take to use the marketing materials in your Partner Portal account

When you first receive access to your Partner Portal account and are eager to begin onboarding your customers, the Marketing Materials will help you get started. These resources are designed to help you feel empowered and equipped to educate your customers on the data privacy and accessibility landscape, and how Clym's widget can help to protect their website against possible fines and penalties.

Utilizing the marketing materials is an easy 3-step process:

### 1. Sign in to the Partner Portal

You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click **Sign in** from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to the [Partner Portal](http://partners.clym.io/) to sign in.

### 2. Access Marketing Materials

From the left-hand menu, select **Marketing Materials.**

### 3. View or download resources

In the **Marketing Materials**, you will find several resources that can help you educate your customers about the data privacy and accessibility landscape and why it is important for them to be compliant. We also provide you with the tools to successfully sell Clym to your customers and help grow your referral income. Below is an overview of the types of resources you can find.

**Blog Posts**

We provide several blog post article examples for you to copy and use however you wish that can help provide an understanding of what data privacy and accessibility regulations are and why your customers might need to protect their website. Feel free to modify these articles to reach your audience however best suits your business.

**Clym Brand Guide**

The Clym Brand Guide contains all of our logo, colors, text, and other branding guidelines.

**Flyers**

The Short and Long Flyers can help you market Clym's services to your customers. Each file can be downloaded as a PDF.

**Emails**

While the outreach between you and your customers is entirely up to you, we provide you with email examples for how we suggest introducing and rolling out Clym, and recommend a timeline for your communication. In the marketing materials section, you can find examples of messaging that can be used to market Clym to your customers in a sequence. You can find two types of email examples - **Generic** emails and **Sequence-based** emails. The **Generic** emails are standard and are not tied to any other marketing materials. The **Sequence-based** emails can be leveraged along with certain available blog posts.

**Logos**

Clym's various logos and branding options can be downloaded from your Partner Portal account and used for necessary marketing or announcement purposes.

**Partner Badges**

Whether you are a referral partner, a reseller partner, or a value-added reseller partner, you can add an official partner badge to your emails, website, or wherever you would like to showcase the partnership to your customers.
