How to upgrade a subscription plan
Steps to take to upgrade your Clym account to a different plan
Clym offers annual and monthly payment plans so that we can best meet your business needs. Pricing is determined based on the number of monthly page views your website receives. Within the Clym portal, you can easily upgrade your subscription plan at any time.
Upgrading your subscription plan is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Control Center
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Select Configure
From the left-side menu, select Configure. You will then see options to configure your Billing.

Click the Subscriptions option from the menu. On the Subscriptions page, select three dots on the right hand side of your active subscription.

3. Upgrade Subscription
From the menu, click Upgrade within the section to manage the plan.

From the monthly and/or annual options, select the plan that you would like to switch to. Click Upgrade Subscription.

For information on how to cancel your subscription, please click here. If you have access to Clym through one of our partners, please know that you may not see the options to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. To manage your subscription, please reach out to your dedicated Clym partner.
