How to update your profile information


Steps to take to manage your email address, name, and profile picture


Clym allows each user to have a personalized experience by providing the option to add a profile picture and to make changes to the email address and name on the profile as needed. Not only does this allow each user to customize their account to their preferences, but it also provides a safe and secure way for each user to have unique sign-in credentials.


Updating your profile information is an easy 3-step process:



1. Sign in to the Partner Portal


You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click  Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to the Partner Portal to sign in.

2. Open your profile settings


In the top right-hand corner, click the drop-down arrow next to the person icon to open your account settings menu. Click Profile.

3. Edit your account information


In the pop-up window, there are a few different options you can choose from. Click Change next to your email address to change your email. Click Change underneath the profile picture placeholder to update your profile photo. Enter in or make changes to your First name and Last name. To subscribe to our newsletter, toggle on the I want to get updates via newsletter. Click Save.

Please note that the email address change doesn't take effect unless you confirm it.
