How to set up a new webhook
Steps to take to set up a new webhook in your Partner Portal account
Adding a new webhook in your Clym Partner Portal account is a powerful way to streamline customer management by enabling real-time communication between Clym and your internal systems. Webhooks allow you to receive instant notifications whenever key events occur, such as new customer sign-ups, consent updates, or data access requests, without manually checking the portal. By setting up a webhook, you can automatically trigger actions in your own tools, such as updating a CRM, sending internal alerts, or initiating compliance workflows.
Implementing webhooks can significantly enhance efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and improve responsiveness to your customers’ compliance-related needs. With the Clym Partner Portal’s webhook capabilities, your organization can stay informed and compliant while scaling operations with minimal friction.
Adding a new webhook is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to the Partner Portal
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to the Partner Portal to sign in.
2. Access integrations
From the left-hand menu, select Integrations. Click Webhooks to expand the section.

If you do not see the Webhooks section in your Partner Portal account, please contact your customer success manager to enable it for you.
3. Add webhook
In the pop-up window, add the Webhook name, Webhook URL, and Webhook description. Toggle the Active status to be on.
n the drop-down below, select events that will trigger this webhook.!Select event Click Create.!Create webhook button
In the next pop-up window, copy Your secret key. Once completed, click I've copied the secret.
That's it! Your webhook will be visible under your Integrations.
