How to request installation assistance
Steps to take to purchase installation assistance from the Clym support team through your Clym Control Center account
Standard support via email, chat, and our knowledge base is provided free of charge to all our customers. If you need more time with one of our consultants, either to assist you during the initial installation process or with further customization, you can purchase installation assistance directly in your Control Center account. After completing your purchase, you will be able to schedule a time with one of our consultants. Your service can be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
Installation assistance includes:
- Widget installation assistance
- Company data verification
- Design customization
- Accessibility phone number set up
- Toggle on/off functionalities in the Governance Portal and widget with details on what each of them means and their implications
- Legal documents upload
- Custom domain configuration for the Governance Portal
- Widget checks for certain jurisdictions specified by you (up to 5)
- Data Subject Request flow presentation
- General app presentation
Purchasing installation assistance is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Clym Control Center account
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Access the Configure tab
From the left side menu, select Configure. Click to expand the Billing section and select Services.

3. Request assistance
Click + Request assistance.

In the window that opens, provide a payment method and click Purchase now. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email from Clym with the confirmation and relevant invoice, alongside the details on how to schedule your dedicated session.
