How to reactivate your subscription


Steps to take to reactivate your previously deactivated Clym subscription


If you have previously deactivated your subscription with Clym but are interested in restarting your service, you can easily do so within the Clym Portal at any time.


Reactivating a subscription plan is an easy 3-step process:



1. Sign in to your Control Center


You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Open your Configure section

From the left side menu, select Configure, **then Billing. Navigate to the **Subscriptions section.!Configure>Billing>Subscriptions



3. Reactivate Subscription


From the menu, click on the three dots **button from the subscription line. Click **Reactivate within the section to manage the plan.

In the pop-up window, enter the Name on card and Card details. Click Reactivate.

If you have access to Clym through one of our partners, please know that you may not see the options to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. To manage your subscription, please reach out to your dedicated Clym partner.
