How to manage existing webhooks

Webhooks allow you to subscribe to certain events from either our Partner Portal or your dedicated instance. When one of the configured events is triggered by our system, an HTTP POST request will be initiated to the configured Webhook URL with information about the event that was triggered as well as specific event parameters.


If you would like to add a new Webhook, please follow the instructions from this article.


If you'd like to manage an existing Webhook, please follow these steps:



  1. Sign in to your Partner Portal and navigate to the Integrations menu

  1. Click on the Webhooks card in order to open the drop-down


  1. Hover over the three dots menu on the right hand-side to uncover the options available:

Click on the Details button to see more information about the status of the events that are part of this Webhook.



You have the ability to access the Webhook logs if you click on the information button as seen below:



This is how the log details are presented. You have the option to reload the data, in case the event was not successful.

Click on Manage secret to access your secret key or generate another one, in case the current one has been compromised

Click on Edit webhook in order to change the current details of this webhook. Once the relevant changes have been done, please click SAVE.

Option 4: Delete webhook

Click on Delete webhhok in order to remove this from your Partner Portal.

Please note this is a permanent action and once the webhook is deleted, it can't be undone.
