# How to export your data subject requests


## Steps to take to export your data subject requests

To simplify your reporting and data management efforts, Clym allows you to export all of your data subject requests into a spreadsheet. Exporting your data subject requests is an easy 3-step process:

#### 1. Sign in to your Clym Control Center

You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click **Sign in** from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to [Clym's home page](www.clym.io) and click **Sign in** in the upper right-hand corner.

#### 2. Open your Data Subject Requests page

From the left side menu, select **Operate **and open the** Data Subject Requests** page**.**

#### 3. Export your data subject requests verification status

In the top right corner of the page, click the downwards arrow icon to **Export** your data subject request data. Please note, if you have any filters applied, your export will only export the requests that match your applied filters.

**Please note: Once a user submits a DSR, they will asked to verify their identity by verifying their request via email. Clym will send the user a verification email.**
