How to edit your billing details
Steps to take to make changes to your billing details, such as your Company Name, Address, Email, and more
To ensure effective communication and accurate invoicing, we know it's important for your organization to easily and efficiently manage your billing details. In this guide, we will demonstrate how you can update and manage your billing information, including your company name, address, phone number, email address, and other relevant details directly from your Clym Portal account.
Editing your billing details is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Clym Control Center account
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Select Configure
From the left-side menu, select Configure. You will then see options to configure your Billing.

3. Edit your billing details
Click Billing to manage your Billing Accounts, Subscriptions, Services, Assistant Credits, and Invoices. Here, you can make edits to your Company name, Billing email address, Registration number, VAT, Country, State, City, Zip / Postal code, and Address.
Please note the required fields will be marked with an asterisk*. Fields marked with an asterisk *cannot be left blank.
