How to edit a legal document
Steps to take to edit your legal document in Clym
Once you add your legal documents, such as your Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, to Clym, you can make any necessary edits on the fly within your Clym Control Center.
Before you get started, please note that Clym offers you the functionality to make edits to an existing legal document and also the functionality to add a new version of an existing document. If you would like to make edits to the existing version of a legal document, please proceed below. If you would like to add a new version of an existing document, please click here.
Editing your legal documents is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Clym Control Center account
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Access the Manage tab
From the left-side menu, select Manage. Depending on which legal document you are looking to edit, you will expand the Data privacy, Accessibility, or Transparency & Accountability section.

Click the pencil icon next to the legal document that you would like to edit.

3. Edit your legal document
In the window that opens, make any edits to your legal document and click Save when finished to publish your changes.
