How to disable a language
Steps to take to remove a language from being available to your users in your Clym widget and Governance portal
Depending on where your website visitors are located and what their language preferences are, you may wish to customize the different language options that are available to your users for viewing the Clym widget and Governance portal. Clym allows you to offer multiple languages, which can be selected by users themselves when using the Clym widget.
Removing a language option from your Clym Control Center is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Clym Control Center account
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click on Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Access the Manage tab
From the left-side menu, expand the Property settings section and click Languages. Click the three dots next to the language that you would like to disable.

3. Disable language option(s)
Click Disable language. When disabled, the language will be indicated with a red dot, and can be re-enabled at any time.

If you encounter any challenges, please reach out to us at support@clym.io.
