How to delete a legal document
Steps to take to delete a legal document from your Clym account
As the regulatory landscape constantly changes, you may need to reframe your legal documentation to better align with your evolving business needs. If you need to remove a legal document from your Clym account, you may do so anytime.
Deleting a legal document is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Clym Control Center account
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Access the Manage tab
From the left-side menu, select Manage. Depending on which legal document you are looking to delete, you will expand the Data privacy, Accessibility, or Transparency & Accountability section.

Click the View versions button to access the legal document version that you would like to delete.

3. Delete your legal document
From the window that opens, click the three dots next to the legal document version to Delete document.

In the pop-up window, click Delete Document to confirm that you would like to permanently delete this document version.
