How to create webhooks

Webhooks allow you to subscribe to certain events from either our Partner Portal or your dedicated instance. When one of the configured events is triggered by our system, an HTTP POST request will be initiated to the configured webhook URL with information about the event that was triggered as well as specific event parameters.

You can add or manage existing webhooks directly from your Partner Portal.

If you'd like to add a webhook, please follow the next steps:

1. Sign in to your Partner Portal and navigate to the Integrations section:

2. Click on the Webhooks dropdown

3. Click on ADD WEBHOOK

Next, please fill in the desired name for the Webhook so that it makes sense to you and the action that it will represent. Alongside the name, please add the designated webhook URL (path) where you expect for the information to be sent. Please also add a description for this Webhook and select one (or more) of the events that were made available for you.

4. Last but not least, please make sure to enable the ''Active'' toggle and click "CREATE"

Once the Webhook has been successfully created, you will see a confirmation window and a secret key that you can use to identify the request coming from our end. You can copy it and store it on your end for future checks.

Click on "I've copied the secret" to exit the window.
