How to change the default language for your Clym widget
Steps to take to change the default language that your Clym widget will display on your website
Depending on your organization and the location of your customer base, you may want to change your default language to cater to the majority of your website's visitors. By default, the language of your Clym widget is set to English. However, this can be changed to several other languages.
Changing your default language is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Clym Control Center account
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Access the Manage tab
From the left side menu, access the Manage tab. Click to expand the Platform section. From the side menu, select Widget or select Customize from the Widget section on the main page.
3. Change your default language
In the General tab, click the Default language drop-down to select the default language you would like to set for the widget.
