# How to cancel a subscription plan


## Steps to take to cancel a subscription plan

While we are sad to see you go, you can easily cancel your subscription plan with Clym at any time.

Canceling a subscription plan is an easy 3-step process:
* [Sign in to your Control Center](#4-1-sign-in-to-your-clym-portal)
* [Open your Configure section](#4-2-select-configure)
* [Cancel Subscription](#4-3-cancel-subscription)

#### 1. Sign in to your Control Center
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click **Sign in** from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to [Clym's home page](https://clym.io/) and click **Sign in** in the upper right-hand corner.

#### 2. Select Configure

From the left-side menu, select **Configure**. You will then see options to configure your Billing.

Click the **Subscriptions **option** **from the menu. On the Subscriptions page, select three dots on the right hand side of your active subscription.

#### 3. Cancel Subscription

Within this menu, click **Cancel Subscription** to cancel your subscription plan.

We would love to understand your reasons for canceling so that we can continue to improve our products and services. To cancel, click **Cancel Subscription**.
