Steps to take to cancel a subscription plan
While we are sad to see you go, you can easily cancel your subscription plan with Clym at any time.
Canceling a subscription plan is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Control Center
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Select Configure
From the left-side menu, select Configure. You will then see options to configure your Billing.
Click the Subscriptions option from the menu. On the Subscriptions page, select three dots on the right hand side of your active subscription.
3. Cancel Subscription
Within this menu, click Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription plan.
We would love to understand your reasons for canceling so that we can continue to improve our products and services. To cancel, click Cancel Subscription.
For information on how to reactivate your subscription, please click here. If you have access to Clym through one of our partners, please know that you may not see the options to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. To manage your subscription, please reach out to your dedicated Clym partner.
