How to audit your user account activity in Clym
Steps to take to view the actions performed by users in your Clym account
For many reasons, from troubleshooting to analyzing, you may wish to view the activities that your account's users are taking. Clym lets you view your users' activities on an individual basis. Viewing your user's activity is an easy 3-step process:
1. Sign in to your Clym Control Center account
You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click Sign in from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to Clym's home page and click Sign in in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Access the Configure tab
From the left-hand menu, select Configure. Click Access to expand the section and select Audit. Here you will see a list of all of the actions taken in your account by your users.
3. View your user's activity
Click into an event to view more information. Click Close to return to the full audit menu.
