# How to add an alternative reporting channel for bounty hunting cases


## Steps to take to display an alternative reporting channel to your website visitors for submitting a bounty hunting case

While the Governance portal offers an easy way for your website visitors to submit a bounty hunting case to your organization, we understand that there may be users who would prefer to submit their case over email, phone, mail, or through an alternative URL that directs users to a system that may already be in place.

Adding an alternative reporting channel is an easy 3-step process:

#### 1. Sign in to your Clym Control Center account

You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click **Sign in** from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to [Clym's home page](https://clym.io) and click **Sign in** in the upper right-hand corner.

#### 2. Access the Manage tab

From the left side menu, select **Manage**. Expand the **Data privacy section** and select **Bounty hunting.** In order to make edits to Clym's default bounty hunting settings, **Overwrite default settings** must be toggled **on**. In order to configure an alternative reporting channel for bounty hunting cases, please enable **Overwrite default settings**. Toggle to the **Alternative reporting channels** section.

#### 3. Add an alternative reporting channel

Click **+ Add reporting channel**.

In the window that opens, select the **Type** of reporting channel you would like to add, and provide the respective **Email**, **Phone number**, **Address**, or **Link**.
