# How to add a new security rule to a jurisdiction


## Steps to take to enable Bounty Hunting for a jurisdiction

Clym’s Bounty Hunting service is designed to help our customers enhance their security posture by offering a structured and efficient way to manage security vulnerabilities and technical issues. This service empowers your website visitors with the ability to report potential threats detected on your website in a streamlined and organized manner. Using Clym's Bounty Hunting solution, you can now manage the security of your systems proactively, addressing vulnerabilities before they become critical risks. As data privacy regulations vary, you may wish to offer certain jurisdictions the ability to submit security risk cases to your organization.

Adding a security rule to a jurisdiction is an easy 3-step process:

* [Add a new bounty hunting rule](#4-3-add-a-new-bounty-hunting-rule)

#### 1. Sign in to your Clym Control Center account

You should have received a magic link in your initial onboarding email. Please click **Sign in** from the email to get started. Alternatively, navigate to [Clym's home page](www.clym.io) and click **Sign in** in the upper right-hand corner.

#### 2. Access the Manage tab

From the left-side menu, select **Manage**. Click **Property settings** to expand the section, which will open to the **Jursdictions** settings. Search for the jurisdiction that you would like to create the security rule for. Click the **pencil icon** to edit the jurisdiction.

From the menu options, select **Security**.

#### 3. Add a new bounty hunting rule

Click **Add rule**.

Click into the **Case types** section.

Click **+Add case type**.

In the **Case type** field, select **Bounty hunting program**. Modify the **First response period**, **Resolution period**, and **Archive period** fields if needed. Click **Save**.
